Simplify. For a natural, not stilted feeling, we recommend using contractions in most cases. Contractions will make your prompts sound more conversational and less formal, allowing your callers to feel comfortable with the information you’re presenting.
And what’s with all the words? Excessively long sentences are difficult for a caller to process. Say only what really needs to be said, clearly and concisely.
