I understand that, upon enrolling in this program, I authorize an automatic charge on the card I provide on either a monthly or annual basis (depending on the option I choose). I understand that this program includes the music licensing required to play my music file on my phone system. I understand that I can cancel the program at any time, but if canceled, music licensing will end and I will no longer be authorized to continue playing my selected music. If the program is canceled, Walsh Media reserves the right to communicate directly with Zultys to ensure that the music file is no longer being played.
